This is a B737-300 from Aviacsa.
I tried to make this as real as possible. I went into a small airplane and took the picture for the background.
I then used XSI to model the airplane and match the perspective of the photo. I used the physicial sun that is now available at version 6.5 which I think gives a very realistic look. Afterwards I used Combustion to give it a more film look and color correction.
